Binge Eating

Hi all. I am joining this forum on the recommendation of my therapist.

I've been struggling with binge eating disorder for pretty much my entire life. It is a true addiction that has overtaken my life at times, as I know it is for many of you.

I'm currently working with a therapist and a nutritionist to help me on this journey, but I often feel alone and misunderstood. I'm hoping that this forum will help me.

Thanks in advance for any support and guidance along the way. I've been reading many of the posts, and I think this will be a great resource.
