well, let's start with the basics:
-> always make sure you eat five times a day (not very big meals, and you can have a fruit or a small snack between breakfast and lunch and between lunch and dinner) and carry a water bottle with you at all times! it will hydrate you and eliminate toxins and help you lose weight in a healthy way.
and try to exercise at least two or three times a week, start easy, for example walking or jogging and then after some time you can try running a little.

or you can also try going to the doctor to see if your weight is because eating too much or if it has to do with a glandular problem or something else, a nutritionist will also help A LOT, they're angels i'm telling you!!

good luck and remember it's a slow process, so stay positive, i'm sure you'll make it!! :D

I've lost 125 pounds from a gastric bypass surgery about 3 and 1/2 years ago and am putting it back on. I want it to stop. I seem to be hungry constantly. I don't drink protein shakes anymore could that be a problem?
