Hi I'm Prigget and I have a problem

Posted in Group:

I'm 17 and I've been struggling with my weight for a good few years, but I never had the guts to admit I have the BED. I feel ashamed and powerless, because this other person inside me doesn't ever know when to stop eating.
It affects my relationships a great deal, especially my boyfriend. I really want to have intercourse for the first time but I hate my body so much, I avoid even going out with him.
Sadly I don't think this post is going to help me battle this issue, but I never give up and I hope all of you will be able to recover, because that will give me hope :)

Try to talk to a therapist, medical professional who also understand what you are going through. This site has a very good team of therapists, give them a call. Wishing you all well. God bless you.

I'm 18, in college, and going through the exact same issues. If you ever need someone to talk to and relate to, you're welcome to call on me.
